Michał Poźniak
Investment Director
Michał worked for BAT in London and Lausanne as a management trainee and later as a Treasury Analyst with responsibility for debt refinancing, short term liquidity management and hedging the groups’ global FX exposure. Prior to BAT, Michał completed an internship at Unicredit M&A team in Warsaw.
As Investment Director at CEE Investment Partners, Michał focuses on sourcing and executing investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio companies in delivering growth and long-term value creation. Having been with CEE Equity Partners since its inception, he brings extensive institutional knowledge and investment experience to CEE Investment Partners.
Michał has a BA from Warsaw School of Economics and a Master’s Degree in Finance from ESADE Business School in Barcelona. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and a CFA charterholder.
