Izabela Biniek
Chief Operations Officer
Izabela brings over 17 years of experience in the administration of international funds. She joined CEE Equity Partners in 2015 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at CEE Investment Partners, overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations and supporting the effective running of the organisation. Her responsibilities include HR management across all levels, project co-ordination, internal communication, and the development and implementation of procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Izabela holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, specialising in Social Work, Social Policy, and Administration in Social Services from the Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education.
